Wear clothes that allow you to comfortably  bend and stretch: generally loose clothes, but a top that will stay in place during a variety of moves.  A ‘sticky’ yoga mat about ¼ inch thick usually works best. Water is essential.  If you have your own weights bring 1, 2, or 3 pound weights only. A couple yoga blocks and a strap help with the stretching.

This class uses a variety of exercises and various types of equipment to target specific muscle groups. This class will help you build your strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Strength training can provide increased bone, muscle, and ligament strength and improved joint function and improved cardiac function.

Zumba Gold at Central Campus
This class is geared for people over 50 so it is a little slower than Zumba. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and get ready to join the ZUMBA party.
