As you may recall, the major goal of academic year 2006-2007 is to implement the Learning Outcomes process in our courses. Performance-based and competency-based measurements will enable our students to meet current industry demands as they enter the job market. Much progress has been made on this project to date with most all divisions completing core competency identification in some or all of their courses. We continue to solicit feedback from employees on how we may better meet your training needs. We have received input from the Campus Deans which will allow us to develop a training strategy that best meets the needs of employees -- allowing you to improve your performance, thereby improving our service to students. Remember, to request special training for you or your department/division, merely click on the training tab of the Employee Development Website, and fill out the request for training form. One of our Instructional Developers will follow up with you to determine the best way to meet those needs. Thank you for your support.
