The membership of the College Cabinet consists of the
President and vice presidents. The Cabinet meets
weekly as the College administration's deliberative and
decision-making body. Responsible for implementing
Board policy and establishing administrative regulations,
procedures, and practices, the Cabinet identifies and
studies College issues and problems, arriving at decisions
after seeking and exchanging information and examining
alternatives and options. In the resolution of issues
and problems, the input of College consultative groups is
often sought. The Executive Assistant to the President
and the Assistant to the President for Community
Relations and Public Affairs and Marketing Services attend
Cabinet meetings.
