I. Procedure

The annual and monthly salaries or hourly rates of pay for full-time employees shall be determined in accordance with the Guidelines for the Classification and Compensation Program for Classified Staff, Non-Instructional Faculty, Professional and Administrative Employees and the Guidelines for the Instructional Faculty Compensation Guidelines.

The rates of pay for part-time employees shall be determined in accordance with Section 4.03 of the CPCC Policies and Procedures Manual.
