Copier Card User Information

Using the Copy Card at the Controller

Once a copy card has been programmed, it’s used by simply inserting it into the card reader located on the copier. 
When the copy card is inserted the value is displayed until the copy process id complete. The value of the copies made is debited from the previous value.

To retrieve your card, press the black button on front of the card reader and wait for the come out.

Lost Copy Card

Should a copy card become lost, or stolen it cannot be recovered.  Please keep your copy safe.
