Ownership
The vending machines on Central Campus are owned and operated by various vending companies which have service contracts with the College.
Management
Contracted vending companies are independently managed but report directly to the Director of Administrative Services - North Campus.
Requesting a vending machine
Request for vending machines should be directed to the Director of Administrative Services - North Campus at 4124.
Reporting trouble
Use the following table as a guide to appropriate actions and to report trouble:

Refunds policy
Should you lose money in one of the machines or receive an
inferior product at Central or Levine campus, please go to the Bookstore
during normal operating hours for a full refund.

At North Campus, see the personnel at the information desk in the Claytor Building, 8:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
At City View, refunds are given in room 111, 7:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
At West, Harper, and Northeast campuses, refunds are given at the cashiering office from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

The following products are offered at various vending locations:
