To copy the following shortcut to your Desktop using Internet Explorer:

1. Right mouse click on the link below

2. Select Copy shortcut

3. Minimize the application window so you can see your desktop

4. Right-click on the desktop and choose the "Paste Shortcut" command from the shortcut menu
