Foundations of Leadership

Open to all college employees these three-hour interactive workshops are conducted regularly throughout the year. Topics include, but are not limited to, the identification of leadership characteristics, establishment of personal goals, patterns of derailment, team building.  Several paper and pencil assessments are made available to all participants.
