Leadership

Welcome to leadership training at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). The need for leadership training has never been greater in the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) as hundreds of community college employees seek retirement within the next few years.  In response, CPCC's Center for Leadership and Staff Development offers comprehensive leadership training for all employees of the college.  Employees are encouraged to develop their leadership skills to their fullest through short seminars, online training, experiential leadership activities, videos, conferences, and book clubs.  Individuals already in leadership positions or newly appointed administrators are encouraged to take advantage of specialized leadership training provided through the Management Academy, Directors' Training, and CP Leads I and II.
